Korean Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cups soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons Siracha hot sauce (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
In a skillet, brown ground beef and minced garlic together in the sesame oil until browned.
Drain off any excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice with broccoli on the side.
