Vegan Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 6 oz vegan cheese
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 pack macaroni
- Fresh basil
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Olive Oil
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and place in a bowl.
Heat coconut milk in a small pan and add vegan cheese with a small amount of olive oil.
Stir until the sauce becomes thick. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the pasta.
Serve hot, topped with fresh basil and thyme.
